By downloading or using Habitia ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Habitia for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
The free plan allows up to 3 habits and includes advertising. You may use Habitia for free indefinitely within these limits.
Habitia Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies.

Habitia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
