Shocktree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FocusFox for personal, non-commercial purposes on your devices.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

FocusFox may offer optional paid features. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms are displayed at the time of purchase. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the app
• Using the app for commercial resale
• Attempting to circumvent ads or in-app purchase validation

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusFox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shocktree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FocusFox.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
