How do I restore my Pro subscription after reinstalling?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your purchase will be restored automatically using your Apple ID.
Will my data be lost if I delete the app?
Yes — Habitia stores all data locally on your device only. We recommend using the Export feature (Settings → Export Data) to back up your habits before uninstalling.
How do I set up habit reminders?
Tap any habit card → tap the edit icon → enable "Reminder" and choose a time. Make sure to grant Habitia notification permission when prompted.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Habitia → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
The app crashed or isn't working correctly
Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please email us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
I was charged but the app shows the Free plan
Tap Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple ID receipt and we'll resolve it immediately.
