Terms of Use (EULA) — Hangul Hero

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hangul Hero mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

• The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features for lifetime use on the purchasing account.
• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not process payments directly.
• Purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• Pro features are tied to the platform account (Apple ID or Google account) used for the purchase. Use the "Restore Purchases" button to re-enable Pro on a new device signed into the same account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hangul Hero and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

The App does not allow you to upload or share user-generated content. All learning progress is stored locally on your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangul Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
