Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → PitchCoach → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Open PitchCoach → Paywall screen → tap “Restore purchases”.

Open the Paywall and tap “I'm a student”. Enter your academic email (.edu, .ac.kr, etc.). We send a 6-digit verification code; once verified, the 50%-off annual plan is unlocked.

Audio recordings are sent to our server and processed by an AI transcription service. They are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Local copies on your device persist until you delete them. We never use your recordings to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

AI transcription is not perfect, especially for non-native English with strong accents or for technical jargon. If you see clearly wrong feedback, please email us with the practice ID (visible in History → tap a session) so we can investigate.

Open Settings → Account → “Delete Account”. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. The action is irreversible.

You can record and review past analyses offline, but new transcription/analysis requires an internet connection because the AI model runs on our server.

The app interface supports English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese. Speech analysis currently supports English presentations (we can transcribe non-native English with reasonable accuracy). More languages are planned.
