1. Service Description

PitchCoach provides AI-powered analysis of your presentation rehearsals. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors. It is not professional speech coaching, legal advice, or guaranteed feedback. Use at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in EEA) and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions

• Free trial: 7 days. No payment required to start. Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled.
• Monthly: $14.99 / month, auto-renewing.
• Annual: $99 / year, auto-renewing (≈45% discount vs monthly).
• Cancellation: Manage in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple / Google per their store policies; we do not process refunds directly.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Use the App for illegal activities.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all slides and recordings you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, time-limited license to process the content for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or any specific outcomes from using the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms or for security reasons.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul.
